Special Needs Trusts/Long Term Care Planning:
What sets our office apart from others is the ability to assist families with "basic" estate plans to the more complicated estate plans involving aging generations or disabled family members. Scott Suzuki is the only attorney in Hawaii asked to join the Special Needs Alliance.
We work closely with Personal Injury attorneys to help provide options when it comes to their clients receiving their settlement. We are able to consult with attorneys, or directly with their clients, to discuss how a settlement may disrupt current benefits and what options may be available to avoid disruption in benefits.
Whether a family member was born with a disability, becomes disabled suddenly or over time, we can help represent you at court so that you may continue to provide necessary care for your loved one.
The passing of a loved one is never easy. We can help you through the process or help you plan to avoid a probate for your own estate.
